About Monica Wagner

After a successful and rewarding career in medical sales for thirteen years, I began executive recruiting in 2002. My background in sales is unique in the recruiting industry. I had a successful career with Phonic Ear, Inc. selling FM and Infrared technology to meet the needs of adults and children with hearing loss. I called on ENT’s and educational audiologists in a multi-state territory. My experience has transferred well to the recruiting arena.

I work with a team of executive search consultants, including the distinguished First Interview Network, who have the knowledge and experience to match individuals to the right opportunities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry. I recruit for Fortune 500 and privately held medical product companies. Sales and sales management positions range from calling on general surgeons, OR managers and specialties including: orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiology and others.
